My Intention

is to help facilitate you to a quiet place of being where you can connect with yourself; where you can find your own clarity and understanding of your path to the highest expression of fulfillment/joy/and bliss for you. I believe yoga to be the path of awareness to help us fully actualize our truest potential and our highest truth.

 

I hope to facilitate experience’s that bring you into higher states of being. Where you can embody  all of the things we are taught on the mat, off of the mat… balance, patience, alignment, joy, stillness… etc. Or at the very least have some fun and a few laughs along the way.

Why I Practice

Yoga is a tool I use to help me to STOP, to tune out the chaos, and get still. Yoga for me is about finding that place of BEING. To touch that place of stillness and to know that you are not separate from it.

For me yoga has been a tool to help to connect with myself, to have more awareness around habitual/societal/and ancestral patterns that are no longer serving me and to make aligned/intentional changes/choices in my life. My intention is to help facilitate you to that quiet place of being where you can connect with yourself; where you can find your own clarity and understanding of your path to the highest expression of fulfillment/joy/and bliss for you. 

My Background/About Me

I grew up in a blink of a town in South Western Ontario called Wroxeter. I moved to Chelsea Quebec in 2019 after coming up to Gaia Wellness on a Yoga Retreat in the Summer. I feel in love with Quebec's passion for the outdoors and I wanted to be apart of it. I love being in nature and my favourite things are: swimming, biking, and campfires.

 

My Sun Sign is in: Pisces

And my Human Design is a: Reflector

 

Health and Wellness has been a huge part of my life since the age of 18. Physical movement started as a way to control my weight and to look good. It has developed over time as away to feel good in my body. To disconnect from the world and connect with myself.

 

I have a background in personal training and degree in Health and Fitness Promotions from Algonquin college. I have two 200 hour yoga trainings with a speciality training in restorative yoga. I have spent over 6months studying at an Ashram (Hindu Spiritual Centre ) with the traditional yoga lineage (Sivananda Yoga).

 

I have always had a dream of starting my own business and to share my practice and experience. Yoga for me is a tool to find inner peace and solutions and a balanced way to move the body. Thank you for stopping by my page, I look forward to connecting soon!
